From forming new partnership to creating innovative programs for the women in our community, each team member lends their individual skill sets.
Nataliey Bitature is the founder of the award-winning Musana Carts; a social enterprise building solar-powered street food vending carts, HER; an online mentorship platform with over 3000 diverse women and Project 500k. She is currently the Chief of Staff at The Simba Group, an East African group of companies spanning Hospitality, Energy, Telecom, Real Estate and a Foundation. Nataliey Bitature was recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, The World Bank, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and World Economic Forum as a business leader and innovator. She received her undergraduate degree and Honorary Doctorate in Business and Innovation from Keele University, UK. Dr Nataliey is also a motivational speaker at public events such as summits, dialogues, conferences and so much more. With a passion to share knowledge and empower women, Dr. Nataliey is looking to engage and connect with young women eager to make a positive change in the world.
Charity is a vibrant character, which explains why she represents the HER brand. During the HER meetups, she connects with the ladies, hosts the events as an MC, develops community growth plans and builds relationships with experts. She supports finding guest speakers for the sessions and to create content. She’s crazy for new knowledge and empowerment. Look out for her on the dancefloor!
Josephine is a dedicated Business Development Manager committed to empowering working women and fostering strong community connections. Known for her exceptional customer care skills and warm smile, she creates a welcoming and professional environment while efficiently handling phone calls and client inquiries. Beyond the office, Josephine actively engages with women in the community, building meaningful relationships and understanding their unique needs. Her approachable nature and passion for service make her a valuable asset in driving connections and opportunities that support individual and organizational growth.
For money matters, we all run to Martha. She keeps our accounts in check, balancing books, receiving money and handling payments on behalf of HER. She keeps an open mind trying to learn new things for personal growth. She has a keen eye that seeks out uniqueness in everything, and she really appreciates creativity. When she has time, she will easily defeat you in a game of chess, monopoly or catan, and her mind is always thrilled by a new experience.

Quincy is a man of less words and more action. One would say he spends a lot of time in his mind. He is behind all our graphics, posters, artwork, logos. He is very creative with an eye for detail. He is kind and will help and support anyone who reaches out. He may pass off for an introvert, but when you pull up some good music you just may get his attention.
